This place is only 1 mile away from the Castle of Good Hope, and there is a restaurant just 600 feet away.

The fact that I was left undisturbed.
Room had no lamp. No tv. Roof extremely noisy when raining, and it rained quite a bit. Moved from one twin to another that had no comforts yet paid same price, definitely over priced!! Bathroom far away.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the city center. It was also very convenient to have a shopping center nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me great advice about the area. The hotel offered a wide range of services, such as car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, which made my stay even more comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals and a welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor swimming pool and spa & wellness center were also great additions to this hotel, providing opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to my family.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

Not much really.
Probably the worst hostel I ever stayed in. Zero atmosphere, no suckets in the rooms so unable to charge your phone, ipad, etc. Reception left unatended most of the time. You have to pay for wifi. You have to pay extra to even get a duvet! A clear drug addict/homeless person outside the hostel that is kind of hanging around and fairly scary. When I decided to cancel the last 5 nights due to feeling unsafe I was denied a refund even though I gave 48H notice. Do not recommend!

The hotel is located close to a shopping center, making it convenient for purchasing essentials. there are plenty of choices for restaurants and bars in the vicinity. the neighborhood is quiet and considered safe by guests. Rooms are clean, airy, and comfortable, with friendly staff and good outside facilities.
The tea-making facilities are located too far away from the room, making it inconvenient to make tea or coffee.

Nothing
Bathrooms I did not like, it was overcrowded with people and kids running around, noisy, unclean generally, non personal, busy and no quiet space

The guy working at the front desk was very friendly and the beer was cheap. Comfortable lounge areas.
Neither the light nor the fan worked in my room, and people were up until 2-3am every night being loud in the bedroom areas even though there were perfectly good common areas to hang out away from the rooms. Staff should have intervened on this.

Had a great stay over Christmas! Loved the conference room and helpful staff. The location was great - easy access to public transportation and cool local spots to check out. Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the cozy atmosphere.
The only issue was that my bed was a little lumpy, but I didn't mind too much. Oh, and there was a bit of noise from other guests coming back to their rooms at night, but that's to be expected during the holiday season. a great experience and I would stay here again!

Nothings.

Convenient location and charmingly intricate layout of the house were two great features of this hotel. The hotel’s central neighborhood was perfect for our city trip as it was close to public transportation and nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere created by the hotel’s unique layout.
While we appreciated the positives of the hotel, there were also a few disappointing aspects. The parking situation was a bit confusing and we had to park quite far from the building.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
